SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, support replies, and follow-up messages to customers of MaidJet LLC who have submitted a request or booking through maidjet.com or our forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected on our web forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. If you also check the separate marketing consent box, you may receive occasional special offers, discounts, and service announcements. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Cancellation instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the same number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe by SMS, and you will receive no further messages afterward. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially, and we will resume messaging.
3. Support information

4. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and interactions. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported carriers
Our SMS program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

General Terms

Our role as a booking agent
MaidJet LLC is a residential cleaning service company serving Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Cleaning services are performed through our network of independent cleaning contractors, and MaidJet coordinates scheduling, assigns cleaning professionals, manages customer communication, and remains responsible for the services delivered to our customers. Bookings, scheduling, and payments are handled through a third-party booking provider, whose own terms may also apply to your booking. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown during booking and may vary by appointment.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our limited license to you
The Site and all materials on it are the property of MaidJet LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site.
