What we need

Professional cleaning experience
At least 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience — homes, apartments, or condos.
Your own transportation
A reliable car with a valid driver's license to get to jobs across the service areas.
Your own supplies and equipment
You bring everything needed for each job. Customers do not supply products or tools.
Background check
All cleaners must pass a background check before their first job. This protects our customers and your reputation.
Smartphone with camera
For confirming job completion and communicating with our dispatch team.
Legally authorized to work in the US
Required for all 1099 contractor positions.
A crew of 2 or more cleaners
We work with small cleaning companies and crew-based operations. Your team should handle a full day of jobs.
General liability insurance — required
Current certificate required before your first job. No exceptions. We can point you to affordable Arizona options if needed.
Your own supplies and equipment
Your crew brings everything needed. Customers do not supply products or tools.
Reliable transportation
Your team gets to jobs across the Phoenix metro area on time and independently.

This is 1099 independent contractor work. You set your own schedule, bring your own supplies, and are free to work with other clients or companies. We are not your employer. You handle your own taxes and expenses.
Individual cleaners earn $25–$35/hr. Company/crew partners earn $25–$35/hr per crew member on the job. All jobs completed in the week are paid out every Friday. Individual cleaners keep 100% of any tips left by customers.
Yes. You tell us your available days and preferred service areas. We send jobs that fit your schedule. You can decline any job — though reliability is the most important factor in how many jobs we send you.
Yes. Whether you're an individual or a company, you bring everything needed for the job. Customers don't supply products or equipment. This keeps you in control of what you work with.
Yes — you're independent. The one condition in our agreement is a non-solicitation clause: MaidJet customers you work with through our platform cannot be converted to your own direct clients. That's how we keep things fair for everyone.
We're honest: we're growing. Early partners may start with 3–6 jobs per week and scale from there. Volume depends on your area, availability, and how our customer base grows. We'll be upfront about this on our call before you sign anything.
